I have been the proud owner of an Ipod Mini for a few months now, and I have to tell ya, I love it! Izzy (yeah I named her
), has been a source of comfort and escape for me. I am always a fan of new technology and the Ipod was so not a disappointment.
Some people have asked me if I regret buying my mini when I did. Thinking that maybe I missed out on the Nano wave. Honestly, I saw the Nano’s at the Apple Store and they are definitely HOT, but I am so happy that I have a Mini. I feel like I am part of the old school now! hehe Probably silly, considering the true old school have the First Generation Ipods. Besides, I have a wicked cool skin for Izzy (pink camo…w00t) and all the necessary accessories I need to head out on the road.
See I purchased ITrip, so I could take Izzy on the road, thinking I would be set in Canada for FM transmitions. Yeah…NO! At the time, we were living across the river from Detroit, Rock City, and I could not get ITrip to stop tripping out on me. I was so bummed
Then I happen to stumble across a wordpress blogger that focused on News and Reviews of Consumer Electronics. David at chait.net reviewed RoadTrip here…
It Seriously Seriously saved my on the road Ipod listening! The Roadtrip works amazingly well. And now that we are located in Southern California, the little guy still has not failed me. The lesson is….Big cities with a ton of Radio stations….Go with Roadtrip!
